I create original content.
My name is David. I spend about half my time doing journalistic writing and the other half doing commercial copywriting.
But I like to think of what I do going a bit beyond copywriting per se. I create content and strategies that help people discover, understand, and, ultimately, fall in love with brands.
As a journalist, I delve into topics where technology and society collide. I’ve written for Canadian newspaper The National Post, and posted more than 3,000 articles on technology related to the Internet as a staff writer for trade publication the Web Host Industry Review. And I host and produce a podcast called Techish.
As a writer, I have a particular talent around translating highly technical concepts into useful information for expert and non-expert audiences.
